A 3-Day Immersive Healing Experience
This trauma healing retreat is designed for women seeking to better understand trauma, reconnect with their bodies, and learn practical tools to support nervous system regulation and long-term healing.

You'll learn how trauma lives in the body — and how to begin healing in a safe, supportive environment.
This retreat is intentionally limited to 12 participants to allow for meaningful connection, individualized attention, and a trauma-informed pace.
