A 3-Day Immersive Healing Experience: This retreat is designed for women who want to better understand trauma, reconnect with their bodies, and learn practical tools to support nervous system regulation and healing. Trauma can affect the brain, body, and nervous system for years after difficult experiences. Through education, movement, and somatic practices participants will learn how to safely process trauma and build resilience.
